Pricing questions
Is the £99 really once, for life?
Yes. Founders pay £99 once and keep KiBuxs, with every update, for life. You’ll never pay the £99 yearly update fee, even after version 1.0. The Founders price is only available while KiBuxs is in Beta.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Every new copy of KiBuxs is a 7-day free trial, with no card needed. You can try everything except bringing data in, which needs a licence key. After the trial your books stay viewable and exportable, and buying a key unlocks everything again straight away.
What happens after I pay?
You pay securely through Square, giving your company email and Companies House number. Square emails your receipt straight away. We then email your licence key and the download link, usually within one working day. Your key is tied to your company number: one key covers one company, and a second company needs its own licence.
Can I claim it as a business expense?
Software bought for your company is normally an allowable business cost for corporation tax. KiBuxs will give you a receipt to record it.
What if it isn't right for me?
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying. See our refund policy.
Is my data safe if I stop using KiBuxs?
Yes. Your books are on your computer, and you can export reports, statements and backups at any time.
