Refund policy

14-day money-back promise

If KiBuxs isn't right for you, email support@kibuxs.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

We refund to the card or account you paid with, normally within 14 days of your request. Once refunded, your licence and licence key end and you won't receive further updates. Please remove KiBuxs from your computer, after taking any reports or exports you want to keep.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases are not normally refundable. If KiBuxs has a fault we can't fix, contact us and we'll put it right or give a fair refund.

Yearly updates for Standard licences

You can cancel your yearly updates at any time so they don't renew. You keep using the version you have. If a renewal goes through by mistake, tell us within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund.

Your legal rights

If you're a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our 14-day promise applies even after you've started downloading or using KiBuxs, so it is in addition to those rights.
